Senior Director Enabling ART & Solution Support - Safe Vehicle Automation

The leadership team of Safe Vehicle Automation are looking for a new team member that can take up the role as Senior Director for our Enabling ART and Solution Support team.

About 96000 Safe Vehicle Automation
We are a unit within R&D with around ~700 employees with a purpose to Ensure Safe, Controlled & Efficient Mobility.
We are guided by our new vision Zero Collisions, and we shall secure leadership within Active Safety, where unsupervised driving (AD) is our final step. In addition, we should deliver a world class Vehicle Motion experience and target leading in energy efficiency (BEVs) and continue to deliver best in class Protective Safety, enabled by a future usage of the platform capabilities.
One important step in achieving our goals is to transform into a true SW company. With a service-oriented architecture at the center, we enable a stable foundation / eco-system for innovative feature growth, and we target to become flow optimized from a developer perspective - where data and an efficient CI are prioritized.
About 96400 Enabling ART & Solution Support
Enabling ART provide capabilities allowing SVA to be a world class SW development and release organization with high standards on quality assurance facilitated by state-of-the-art test environments and data acquisition to be able to continuously integrate and deploy safe, liable and structured SW for SVA and affiliated.
Solution support consists of experienced leaders with a variety of tasks, all with the purpose to assist cross the solution. Solution support lead and provide guidance within business liaison, quality metrics incl. field quality, cost reduction while also handling the solution integration management and keeping together the aggregated SVA strategy roadmap.
We are now looking for a new Senior Director for 96400 Enabling ART & Solution Support
You will part of SVA leadership team and will have an important role in our ability to deliver as a Solution.

Who are you:
We think you have a Master of Science degree or higher with work life experience and technical knowledge in SW engineering, preferably with focus on continuous integration and deployment, virtual test environments and SW & Data infrastructure. Great leader and people management experience with strong collaboration and communication skills in combination with experience from working in a diverse and international company.
As a person you are forward leaning, collaborative, pro-active and wants to contribute to a larger purpose.
You have been a manager-of-managers before and know what it takes to build great leaders. You are someone that fully embrace a growth mindset and have the ability to encourage others to do the same.
A compassionate person who understand that every individual and situation has their specific needs, and can adapt your leadership style and interactions accordingly.
Someone who like to have fun at work, and take great care in making sure everyone always feels welcome and included!
Requirements
As a leader for a team this you must be good at leading experienced leaders, finding a common agenda and vision, although the different tasks may not overlap with each other.
Competencies/Experience/Skills Required:
* MSc degree or higher in engineering
* Automotive embedded engineering experience
* Preferably experience within the ADAS domain
* Experience from leading leaders
* Great business accumen
