The Business Development's key responsibility is driving growth for ISEC nuclear monitoring business in Europe. This individual will provide action-oriented vision and leadership enabling the organization to grow revenue through new and existing partners & channels established within nuclear industry
Success in this role requires maximizing collaboration with R & D and partners developing and executing a strategy to both capture new business and grow strategic accounts and taking true ownership of winning market share in Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute a strategy and sales plan that maximize market penetration in Europe
Build an impactful sales funnel from prospecting and existing business partnerships
Work closely with sales associates to unify sales approach and capitalize on relationships and product offering synergies Secure ISEC orders in line with forecast
The Role
The focus of this role is to develop our business with dedicated strategic Business (B2B) distributors and resellers in Europe. The role reports to the CEO
Key accountabilities
Business architect who manage the relationship, and develop our business, with our distributors and major strategic resellers/channels
Develop strategies, managed revenues, and supporting relevant end customer opportunities, by working both with distributors and partners
All activities and initiatives that reinforce ISEC brand position in the market
Provide total account management, including pre-and post-sales support, to named partners
Write and maintain the account development plans for the nominated key accounts, markets and countries. Market intelligence sharing and competitive activity analysis
Qualifications
Experience within security, fire, CCTV or /and nuclear industry would be advantage.
Strong analytical, problem solving skills allied to an eye for an opportunity are a must alongside a confident personality which will see you as an effective contributor at the boardroom table
Successful sales & business development experience, proven track record of rapidly and consistently generating sales revenue and exceeding quotas
Possess a successful track record of building strategic partnership relations, particularly in managing channels and partners.
Implement and maintain business plans and account development plans
Communicate fluently in English and an absolute advantage is 3rd language e.g French
Be able and willing to undertake lot of travel. Be sufficiently experienced and self-motivated to drive sales and business with the assigned strategic partners
Experience of working for international hi-tech company would be an advantage
Desired Skills/Experience:
Knowledge of nuclear power plants, radiation industry, markets and product solutions.
