What You'll Do:
* Prepare and present technical bids based on gas turbine technology.
* Lead technical clarifications and negotiations with customers and actively participate in commercial discussions.
* Collaborate with global teams to deliver successful projects.
* Travel internationally to engage with clients and partners.
What You Bring:
* Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong technical knowledge of energy production equipment.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering or service engineering, with a focus on energy production equipment.
* Demonstrated experience in leading complex technical and commercial negotiations.
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.

About the Team
Bid Management in Finspång, Sweden consists of four offices. Two offices focus on Industrial Power Generation customers, one on the Oil & Gas market and one with focus on Extended Scope bids. Extended scope bids include Gas Turbine technology and additional equipment such as boilers, steam turbines, catalysts and more. We are expanding our team and looking to hire Bid Managers for all four of our offices to support our growth.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
