Job Summary
Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. Global IM has approx. 850 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

What you will do
As our Senior Analyst - End user computing you will:
Explore new devices and technology from external suppliers, mainly Microsoft and VMware. Eg: Intine, Windows AutoPilot, etc
Ensure that business needs can be met by developing new solutions or extending existing platforms
Ensure ongoing support for the latest technology.
Troubleshoot network connection issues with Virtual desktop infrastructure
Update, develop and test task sequences in SCCM
Automatic mass-deployment setups of Tetra Pak computers, including PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.
Update WinPE with new versions and features
Provide training and documentation of our processes and solutions
Ensure adequate testing on all Tetra Pak hardware devices to ensure high-quality deployments with little-to-no failures and downtime.
Automation by using PowerShell & VB Scripting.
We believe you have
To be successful in this role we believe that you have an education as Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or similar with a minimum of 5 years of experience within the field. You have experience working in a global environment with SCCM & Intune as well as developing OS Deployment solutions using Microsoft Deployment methodologies including MDT integrated into CM Current Branch. You demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills using In-depth understanding of application model in Configuration Manager.
Other requirements:
PowerShell/VBS Scripting
Windows 7 & Windows 10 OS configuration knowledge
Windows Server 2012 and up configuration knowledge
Experience deploying Macs using JAMF Pro
USMT configuration and troubleshooting skills.
Software packaging skills including MSI, InstallShield and legacy setups.
Strong scripting ability in VBS and PowerShell
Virtualization experience, including VMWare, Hyper-V, App-V, Remote-Apps, etc.
