The role

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for selling and supporting product concepts to resellers

and corporate customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Baltics, in order to increase

(new) business volume and revenue. S/he will be part of the European B2B unit team and will report

directly report to Senior Director Regional Sales Central West Europe.

Key responsibilities and activities:

• Responsible for B2B revenue and growth

• B2B pipeline development with new Enterprise Customer projects

• 70% focus on new business creation, 30% focus on partner/account management

• Further development of System Integrators and VARs

• Intensive monitoring of the market, constant analysis and qualification of customer needs

and determining sales strategies

• Coordination of client projects and customer requests in close cooperation with the internal

interfaces (Internal sales, PM, Finance, etc.)

• Product and company presentations at the customer, at fairs, workshops and seminars

• Regional expert/contact for related industry, lobby, networking

• Initiating local marketing activities

• Daily pipeline update (leads and opportunities) and lead reporting from events

• Monthly reporting on activities, projects, partners, customers and achievement of KPIs

• Develop and maintain top 100 target customer list

• Directly approach new high end enterprise prospects

Candidate profile

Suitable candidate will be a skilled and experienced sales professional with a strong personality and

drive to implement and to realise sales and result. The experience ideally includes retail and etail

business within a similar line of business.

Skills and experience:

• Strong experience (3-5 years) and commercial success as Area Sales Manager, ?Key Account Manager or comparable, ideally in industries such as consumer electronics, consumer durables, ?FMCG or comparable industries
• Strong understanding and working experience with retailers and etailers in this industry.
• Strong experience within the consumer space and in-depth understanding of the mechanics and sell-out levers in ?consumer retail & etail.
• Ability to quickly and concisely summarize sales performance, outlook, current issues etc. to senior level ?management.
• Very strong personality with ability to influence others and take full ownership of results.
• Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills in order to effectively communicate with all levels ?of partner organization and within Wacom
• Fluency in English & Swedish is required.

Education

Bachelor degree (or equivalent).

Other information

The position is based in Sweden. Frequent travelling is required.
