We are looking for an IT Security Architect to join our managed services team and help safeguard our digital assets and client data. The hiring manager for the role is Josefin Landgren, Manager Technical Sales Support- Managed Services. The team is a group of highly skilled and expressive individuals who challenge each other yet got each other 's back.
What will you do
As an IT Security Architect at Dustin, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security posture of our organization and customers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge security strategies, ensuring the protection of our digital assets and the integrity of our systems used in our delivery of Managed Services to our customers. As a partner to our customers, you will both guide and challenge the customers to develop their business and strengthen their security. You will also provide valuable insights and guidance to our clients, helping them stay ahead of emerging security challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Strategy: Define and lead the development of the overall security strategy and roadmap for the organization together with our Service Portfolio Management function.
Architecture Design: Design and implement security architecture for IT systems, applications, and infrastructure, ensuring scalability and compliance with industry standards.
Security Standards: Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Business Development: support our sales strategy journey to provide cutting-edge security solutions within our standardized Managed Services Portfolio as well as both guide and challenge customers to develop their security strategy and security awareness.
Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on customers and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
Security Awareness: Promote security awareness across the organization and provide guidance to teams on security best practices.
Emerging Technologies: Stay current with emerging security technologies and trends, evaluating their potential benefits and risks.
Vendor Management and Assessment: Be a part of developing our partnership with our Security Services partner, as well as to evaluate and select security vendors and technologies to meet customer and organizational needs.

To be successful in this role, we believe you bring the following:
• Proven experience (~5y) as an IT Security Architect or similar role.
• Expert knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., CIS, NIST, GDPR).
• Strong experience in Microsoft Cloud security solutions, network security, and data protection.
• Very good problem-solving, analytical and leadership skills.
• Strong communication abilities in explaining security importance and delivering security advise to the stakeholders.
Meritorious certifications:
• Microsoft certifications: MS-500, AZ-500, SC-200, SC-300, SC-100
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect
• CompTIA Core certifications: Security+, Network+
• Google Cloud Fundamentals
• AWS Well-Architected Framework
