hela Sverige GTO Standard Cost of Sales (SCS) is a global function, responsible for Group internal transfer cost (SCS). The global head of SCS is located in Gothenburg, with local organizations in the production sites across the globe. Our part of the organization is responsible for the engine plant in Skövde and the gearbox plant in Köping. The manager of this group is located in Skövde.
We are now expanding the organization in Köping, with an SCS Controller.
Key focus for this role
Being the speaking partner towards production and internal customers regarding product cost
Safeguard that all delivered products have an accurate SCS calculation
Coordinate and perform the yearly SCS process in Köping towards internal customers to ensure deliveries of right quality on time
Enhance methods and processes in Köping
Contribute to the global team in driving projects and continuous improvements
Together we lead and own the development of Volvo Group SCS principles
We are looking for
Experience and competence from a Business Control function, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Additional Experience and Competence
Strong evidence of personal initiative and problem solving
Good verbal and written skills in English, being the global common language within the Volvo Group
Good verbal and written skills in Swedish, being the local common language within the Köping plant
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability and desire to work within a team environment
Proficient with MS Office, with advanced knowledge in Excel. Experience with SAP desired
University/Master's Degree or equivalent
Networking ability and customer focused
