Description
We are a team of Information Security Specialist and Software Developers that focusing on keeping the client and its Customers secure. We will perform work associated with information security, Data Privacy, governance, regulatory or awareness to support product teams in the Customer Domain.
The team strives to safeguard the client's tech delivery and improve the general security level in the company through collaboration with multiple stakeholders like vendors, Product Owners and Contract Advisors.
The client is looking for an excellent Scrum Master that can support up to 3 product teams in the security area and data privacy area.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Good knowledge and experience in agile way-of-working
• Plan and facilitate agile events
• Large scale agile
• Refinement part of the features to be build
• Continuous delivery
• Fluent in English written an oral
Preferred competence and experience:
• Certified Scrum Master
• App development
• Jira
• Information Security
• Swedish, oral and written is meriting
Preferred personal qualities:
• Passionate about agile way of working and mindset
• Coaching mindset
• Honest and transparent communication when in agreement and not in agreement
• Enjoy being a part of a team
• Enjoying working outside of your base competence to support the mission of the team
