Description
You will be part of the team building the clients new Payment Platform whilst simultaneously exploring opportunities to implement modern technologies. The position is as scrum master in a DevOps team developing the infrastructure of the new Payment Platform for the client as a part of our payment roadmap.
As a scrum master you will be play a key role in guiding the team on the agile journey. You will, together with your team, work with continuous improvement, maintaining and improve agile principles and team way of working. You will collaborate with the product owners, team manager and other scrum masters in order to ensure cross team collaboration.
The infrastructure is consisting of databases, physical/virtual servers and containerized micro services. Infrastructure build and release pipelines is developed and maintained by the team. Working with Nonfunctional requirements such as availability, robustness and security is in scope for the teams assignment. The goal is to create an infrastructure solution that is optimized for development, testing, automation, deployment and IT operation. the client work in an agile fashion and according to the SAFe framework.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• To succeed in the role, you will need some years' experience from the scrum master role. the client is looking for a person with drive and knowledge, someone who likes to be proactive and think one step ahead and who loves to work with the team to continuously become better. You have a genuine interest in new technology and exploring new things and learning comes natural to you. To be successful in this position, we believe you have good communication skills and good understanding of lean/agile principles.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
Preferred competence and experience:
• Experience from other roles within software development and/or DevOps teams
• Containers, Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud, Azure, Azure DevOps Server, Jira, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, Windows Server, MS SQL, LINUX, Scripting in Powershell, Python
