hela Sverige We are now looking for a certified Scrum Master who has a keen interest in software development and agile methods. You will have a central role in one of our development team.
Working in teams, but also independently when required is natural for you. You are structured, self-propelled, dare to take their own decisions and have a strong sense of service. You are a good communicator who likes to be social with your surroundings. You probably have a background as a Scrum Master and / or developers in earlier assignments.
As a ScrumMaster, you will be responsible for facilitating team meetings and coach members on their way to becoming high-performing team. You also have a responsibility to protect the team from external distraction elements and to serve as a conduit to the outside world when required. The service is full time with full focus on Scrum Master role.
Experience and knowledge of agile software development
Genuine interest and any time a couple of years experience in agile methods
Ability to lead yourself and others
Commitment and drive to work with others to develop, deliver, simplify and improve
The ability to express yourself well both verbally and in writing in English
Degree in IT or equivalent experience
