What do we offer?
In-Car Digital, is the solution for driver interaction and infotainment at Volvo Cars. It is one of the fastest growing areas within the automotive industry. Innovative and fast moving companies in the tech industry are influencing the path forward heavily.
Now we are looking for a Scrum Master to our agile realise train "Connectivity". We enables connection from the Vehicle to anything (V2X) and works with the "Volvo On Call" platform including remote control services and apps connected to this. We also secure internet connection and provide digital app content including workshop booking.

What you'll do?
You will work closely with the team, Product Owners and with the line management. As a Scrum Master you will be a servant leader and coach the team using agile team practices. You will lead them to embrace, adopt and apply agile principles and practices anour future d support their agile ways of working like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Definition of-Done, WIP limits etc.
You will also take the lead in efforts to continuous improvement, by helping the team in retrospectives and take responsibility for their improvement actions, all in order to achieve an effective work flow. You will be the one facilitate all team meetings like the daily stand-up, iteration planning, demo and retrospective. Further, you will support the Product Owners in their efforts to manager the backlog with respect to priorities/scope and the team in develop techniques for work breakdown, estimating, planning and follow-up.
You will be a part of a collaboration between other Scrum Masters to learn and improve you profession.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have a very good practical and theoretical knowledge of agile principles.
You have previous documented experience from working as a Scrum Master in an R&D environment, preferably within the automotive industry or IT-sector.
You have a degree in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent, but most important you possess leadership skills and the courage to make real impact.
You are engaged, with a curious and open-minded approach. You like to drive for results and urge for the team effort. Moreover, you need to be structured and well planned as well as a great communicator. You are fluent in English and holds a B driver licence.
