About the Job
We are seeking a motivated scientist with hands-on experience with display technologies. In this role, you will develop and optimize display libraries for various protein engineering efforts, perform high-throughput screening, and contribute to the discovery and characterization of novel antibodies, peptides, and proteins.
Your strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail enable you to design and execute experiments that advance scientific discovery. You thrive in a collaborative, high-pace startup environment where we push the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities
Design, construct, and optimize phage and/or yeast display libraries (synthetic/naive/immune).
Perform high-throughput screening to identify high-affinity binders.
Analyze screening data to identify promising candidates and validate their binding specificity and functionality.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of ML engineers, data scientists, lab automation engineers, and scientists.
Present complex scientific data and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Contribute to the setup, maintenance, and optimization of laboratory workflows and automation.
Qualifications
Great if you have hands-on experience with phage and/or yeast display technologies.
Experience with library design and construction.
Experience with high-throughput screening and data analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with robotics and workflow automation is a plus.

Process
We review all hiring on an ongoing basis, please submit your application as soon as possible. Our team will review your application within 2 weeks.
If your application clears the initial review, you will be invited to a 15-minute phone interview, where a team member will ask you some basic questions.
If you pass this phone interview, you will proceed to the main selection process, which includes three technical interviews:
Two 1-on-1 interviews focusing on technical capabilities and team fit.
A team interview, where you will meet more team members and deliver a 20-minute presentation on the most challenging technical problems you have solved to an audience of various technical expertise.
We aim to complete this entire interview process within two weeks. We do not use recruiters for assessments. All interviews will be conducted via Google Meet.
