Capgemini Procurement Services has a wide landscape of applications, mainly based on SAP based technology, WebMethods integration technology and self developed Java applications. Application Management, as a part of the corporate service centre, enables Capgemini Procurement Services to deliver Efficient Purchasing solutions by theprovisioning of shared applications guided by the principles of simplicity, scalability and reliability.
We are looking for a process and application focused colleague in order to strengthen our eSourcing & eProcurement team with a broad knowledge of the following SAP applications, SAP eSourcing, SAP BI and SAP SRM.
You will work in the team of eSourcing & eProcurement placed in the department of Application Management. You will be full time assigned to the IBX eSourcing tool based on SAP with other tasks and duties allocated as workload provides in the other SAP areas. You will work with three areas of the application:
• Customer implementation projects (projects like SEB, Cap Gemini and Kraft). In the implementation projects you will be part of analyzing customer demands, do system set up, assist in data collection. You will also assist in customer trainings and support with IBX generic template knowledge and advice.
• New system design, development and testing (Release projects). You will work together with developers and applications operations staff to enhance the IBX template with new functionality.
• Third line support.
In the start you work alongside senior consultants. You will gradually take own customer responsibilities and have independent roles in the release projects. When feeling comfortable with the application you will also take part in presales activities to support CPS sales.
Krav på person
Requirements
• You have an academic degree (BS or MS or equivalent).
• You have an interest in IT tools that supports business processes.
• You have experience and an interest of business processes for Source, Procure and Pay.
• Fluent in English

• SQL knowledge & interest
• Additional languages
• Experience from multiple countries
• Proven problem solving ability
• Proven responsibility taking attitude
• Knowledge of CPS, the company & its value proposition
• Experience with ITIL & PROPS
• Detailed knowledge in one of more of the listed application areas
• Experience from other business process tools like ERP systems are preferable.
Personal skills
You have a technical interested and are keen on learning also the technical parts of SAP. You have good communication skill, are used to work in customer relations and are an outgoing person. You have an interest of a career as an ERP consultant together with a willingness to work in a team environment. You are strong in problem-solving, accurate in your work and can manage to work in parallel projects.
