Apsis International Sales Trainer

Apsis is looking for an experienced sales training professional to join our international sales organisation. The sales trainer will work close together with the rest of the organisation to design build and execute sales training and development priorities of the international sales team across our worldwide offices. Your base is our head quarter in Malmö. You will get the opportunity to further develop our sales around one of the strongest e-mail marketing tools on the market today, APSIS Pro.

Responsibilities

Planning, conducting, coordinating and implementing a
comprehensive training program for all sales staff in all countries in which
Apsis does business (training to be delivered in English).

• Preparing new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans and creating an on-going learning and development process targeting each level of sales in the organizations.
• Determining training through soliciting feedback from sales representatives, Country Managers and through personal observation gained through participating in meetings and listening to sales calls
• Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques including maximizing use of online interactive learning, mentoring, and unleashing the knowledge and creativity of the experts within Apsis.
• Effectively is able to monitor training effectiveness through establishment of clear KPI's and on going monitoring and follow up with those participating in training sessions.
• The training program should include skills that will enhance the sales staff productivity: closing skills, consultative sales skills, overcoming objections, negotiation, contract management and communication and the sales trainer will be responsible for creation of all materials.
• Working cross functionally to create strong materials and a scalable approach, and for supporting others within the local offices in being able to deliver the training.

Requirements

• Proven background in sales in related fields such as IT/brand business consulting or sales training & development.
• Knowledge and passion for leading sales teams on all levels trough training and education with proven track off developing and designing sales training programs.
• Heavy interest in marketing, new technology and digital/media industry or preferably in e learning/e-comers content.
• Strong project management skills and proven track record of working with independence and self-define goals, timelines and success measures in an international team.
• Strong ability to handle multi-task environment and keep on track in a fast speed, ever changing business reality.
• Desire and skills to collaborate, share and drive best practices cross- functionally in an international environment.
• Be passionate about different cultures and markets.
• Able to communicate effectively on an ad-hoc level as well as on a strategic level.
• Mandatory Fluency in English.
