As a national sales company, we are responsible for the marketing, sales and distribution of Volvo cars, accessories, spare parts and services on the Swedish market including over 200 Volvo dealers and workshops. As Sales Responsible, you will work with Volvo Cars new concept Care by Volvo with responsibility for selling cars in the Volvo Studio in Stockholm as well as building business relationships with external partners. The mission is to deliver a high highest level of service to our customers with passion and enthusiasm in order to achieve increased sales.
Main responsibilities
* Develop the Studio for continuously improvements together with the Volvo Studio Manager and the team.
* Develop and execute an excellent sales process.
* Ensure an innovative approach of events, activities and services to meet both our current customers and our new target group, the millennials.
* Building and maintaining great and long-term business relationships with focus on VIP and diplomat customers.
* Be the product specialist and have good knowledge about the automotive industry innovations.
* Responsible for ensuring that the right key strategic messages and information are delivered to our customers in order to secure the Volvo brand experience.
In order to succeed in this role we believe you have extensive experience within sales and preferably from selling cars. You are flexible and curios in a changing environment with for example pilot projects, new products and services.
Required qualifications
* Several years' experience within sales
* Fluent in Swedish and English, oral and written
