The role and responsibilities
In this role, your focus will be on the key elements to Sales Success: Sales Enablement and Sales Efficiency and Effectiveness. Your role will contribute to the sales team's success while creating a great customer experience. You will be involved in all parts of the customer journey including pre-sales, sales process and post sales activities. As a centralized source for the EUROW Sales Team, you will help to facilitate sales enablement and efficiency initiatives to help drive overall performance internally and externally. You will become very familiar with our tools and system with a great attention on Salesforce and becoming a Salesforce superuser.
Your days will be filled with:
Daily interaction with the sales teams across the various regions. Sales support is a large part of connecting the dots and making sure our teams can deliver on customer expectations.
Controlling the internal equipment for the entire sales team. This includes preparing the equipment, testing, scheduling and shipping out the equipment for events and customer demos.
Supporting ad-hoc request including closing orders, customer interaction and follow ups if required. It's important that we are available to support the sales organization upon such requests.
You will become a Salesforce Superuser making sure that data quality is at the top of mind daily. Encouraging data quality in order to produce quality data models and reliability on business analytics.
Your main areas of focus will include sales, logistical, and operational support. Over time you will become the spider in the web for the team acting as the go to person on how to get the job done!
We are looking for someone with
2+ years of Sales Operations experience
2+ years of Sales or Inside Sales experience
2+ years of experience hands on with Salesforce
