Sales Manager
to support our rapidly growing business in the Nordics.
Efecte AB is looking for you to join our Swedish sales team, which consists of highly skilled professionals with wide experience from selling and delivering to both private and public sector organizations. In this position, you are in charge. You are responsible for the entire sales process.
In this role?
You are responsible for prospecting, pitching and closing new business as well as to maintain the current customer base
You will be developing a client portfolio in the long-term, having responsibility for revenue and account growth
You will be developing market knowledge to help plan and implement strategies for future market, business focus areas and account growth
We expect you to use your own judgment and experience to drive sales.
You?
Have 3-5 years? experience from B2B selling to large companies in the field of IT/software industry
Are a self-starter, highly motivated, have strong inter-personal skills and collaborate effectively in a team
Have a proven track record in hitting challenging targets
Are native Swedish speaking and have good skills in business English, both spoken and written
Have business knowledge of IT domain enabling you to sell software to high level decision makers
