• Actively increasing the company's sales and profitability,
• Managing the business clearly, controlling the economy and finances.
• Establishing procedures and processes and make sure we constantly try new ways to reach our goals and reach strong growth.
• Together with the team, you run and develop the company, the brand and the business plan.
• Responsibility for budgets and following up results to the board.
A ton of fun and exciting tasks like establishing and carrying out a growth strategy are waiting for you. This includes: expanding operations, customer service development, logistics and wholesale relations as well as internationalization. As we grow, the organization needs to keep up and you have a key role in this.
You will strive to constantly optimize the customer offer by driving customer-, web-, and sales analysis and taking actions accordingly. You will monitor and evaluate the digital performance of marketing activities together with our e-commerce manager.
Further on you will take a grip on our wholesale and distribution process to make sure this new operation expands and evolves and turns into a profitable branch. You will make sure we have the right team to meet our sales goals on both the retail and well as the digital side.
The experience we think you have:
The ideal candidate is experienced within both e-commerce and fashion retail. But if you have the right attitude and a very strong background within one of these segments we would love to hear from you as well.
• You have documented experience within E-commerce and digital marketing B2C, preferably within fashion, and you are well familiar with social media and marketing through influencers. You have proven result of increasing online sales.
• You have strong skills within problems solving and an eye for details.
• You are administrative and comfortable in being the anchor of the company, making sure that everything from admin and finance, to sales and distribution runs smoothly.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
• We think that you have studied at the Stockholm School of Economics or similar and that you have a degree in business. Fashion related subjects is a plus.
The successful candidate will have a great understanding of the Elly Pistol brand and its values, combined with a commercial outlook and passion for new developments in E-commerce.
To thrive in this role, you are an enthusiastic and sales driven person with a deep interest in analyzing data and fashion. You have a strategic mind-set and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions.

You can prioritize and manage your own work at times when the work load is heavy. You are good at administrative tasks, and used to having multiple parallel projects running at the same time while working on short deadlines.

We are a fast-growing fashion start-up. A digital brand for the digital generation. Our customers live just as much online as they do offline.
Our design is certain and loud, timeless yet current. We study what people share on Instagram, snap on Snapchat, pin on Pinterest and what is tagged by influencers all over social media and we use all of this when we create our collections.
We have gotten lots of attention online and social media plays a very important role in our marketing strategy, it is key for our international growth.
Our goal is to be in the forefront of digital commerce and marketing, and it is now time for us to scale our brand further and grow internationally, both through our e-commerce and through establishing new partnerships with international distributors.
