hela Sverige As Sales Executive you are responsible for managing and closing new sales opportunities in our inbound sales funnel. You qualify, make research and prioritize the opportunities based on fit between the prospects and Sinch. You are a self-starting and highly motivated individual with a passion for new technology. Some of your responsibilities:
• Manage and grow pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets
• Qualify and drive our inbound sales funnel
• Follow up on leads, make research, identify and prioritize potential customers for yourself and the sales team that you are a part of
• Manage and structure data for potential and new customers in CRM ensuring the correct action and status at each stage
• Identify rising stars and upsell possibilities in our longtail customer base generated via signups at Sinch.com.
• Create a tailored plan to ensure client delivery success defined by Sinch specific metrics for churn and successful client growth
• Work together with sales resources in your own team and with the sales organization at our parent company CLX Communications.
• Continuously making sure that we are making progress in the sales pipeline and ensuring we take every opportunity to push against closing
Skills and experience:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1-3 years inside sales and/or account management experience, preferably within a technology company
• Proven ability to identify and qualify opportunities and drive the sales process
• Excellent client service skills
• Highly independent, yet an absolute "team player"
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Structured and detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Tech savvy, with a good understanding of the trends driving innovation in technology, particularly in mobile, cloud and consumer areas
• Good computer skills
