You will have the responsibility to maintain and improve customer contacts and customer satisfaction with focus on commercial and technical duties and responsibilities. Working as a technical advisor/expert you will give technical information and advice for our product offerings in the spare parts organization. You will be responsible for quality assurance process, coordinating quality claims or deviations. Your role is to support Sales Support and Purchasing with technical advice. AS an trusted advisor you will be a very important resource for problem solving and support.

Qualifications:
• Basic Technical Education or similar experience
• Have the capability to understand customer request by using his/her problem-solving skills and demonstrate an attitude to understand and explain technical information
• Be able to act and think in a technical and commercial environment
• Fluent in English
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, and time management skills
• Relevant experience >3yrs and Material handling product experience is seen as beneficial
• Ability to travel
