We are building a modern, friendly, and diverse product-first tech company based in Stockholm and now, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team.
Main focuses of the role:
Owning the Sales Onboarding Program. Some examples of projects:
Working with Sales Managers to consistently review the Onboarding Path for each role and make necessary changes or additions to match the team's needs
Build and update the necessary courses, certifications, and learning paths in our LMS
Run the Sales Onboarding Calendar for each cohort of New Hires and coordinate or facilitate to necessary live trainings
Track New Hire Success against their ramp metrics and adjust program accordingly
Partnering with Marketing, Sales and Product to Build and Manage Sales Content:
Responsible for keeping the Sales Guru content up to date
Working with different Sales Teams to understand which content is needed to help their sales cycle and determine the best way to produce it (Make it yourself, work cross functionally with marketing, or find an external resource)
Work with SMs and Marketing to build and maintain cadences that are segmented and value driven
Distribute content to the Sales Org in an impactful way (LMS, Slack, Live Training, Bi-Weekly)
Aligning your main initiatives in Onboarding and Content with other areas of focus in Sales Enablement
Requirements:
High business and sales acumen
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Highly coachable and an interest in developing skills and knowledge around enablement
Being able to work independently and take ownership of initiatives
Passion for learning and development and believe it can make a difference for the sales org
