To succeed on our expansion journey, we are strengthening our sales team with a Sales Development Representative. You'll play an important role by targeting and connecting AlexisHR with new customers, as well as working towards a broader market awareness.
What you'll do
In this position, you will be responsible for pre-sales activities and mainly work with:
Prospecting and identifying new market segments
Outreach through cold calling, e-mails or other channels to schedule demos with potential customers
Handling inbounds
You will also get the chance to work on own accounts, handling the full sales cycle
You'll work closely with our Business Developer Managers as well as the full team. We want you to grow and develop, and we think the way to do that is in close collaboration with other awesome colleagues.
Who you are
We are looking for a business oriented person with a wish to be part of a growing start-up. You prefer a working culture that embraces fast-pace and constant change
What you need
A couple of years of experience from a similar position, preferably in a Saas-company
Excellent at communicating in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, if you're also fluent in other languages, that's a big plus
To be a result-oriented, high-energy and curious person that loves to be a part of a great team, but is also used to put focus on reaching individual goals
If you have previous experience from the HR-tech field or selling subscriptions, that would truly make you an interesting candidate!
