We are now looking for our uprising star to fill the opening as a Sales Development Representative in Sweden. If you are passionate about business growth through fantastic lead management, building relationships, and innovative technology - you are exactly what we are looking for!

YOUR FUTURE TEAM?

You will report to Frida Hjortronsteen, Manager of Inside Sales - Nordics. As of today, Frida has a team of 5 energetic, open, and driven Inside Sales Account Managers. Besides your closest teammates, you will also work with the whole sales organization in Nordics, including Key Account Managers, Sales Engineers & Technical Trainers. In addition to sales, you will also work closely with marketing - always ensuring that partners in our region are getting the right attention and are properly covered.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE?

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for managing our leads, always engaging, and activating with potential prospects that can grow into becoming authorized partners. You will convey the value of Axis technology and move them forward in the sales process. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a great first impression and nurturing our leads. Additionally, you will drive registration and attendance to Axis Academy, our industry-leading training program.



Other responsibilities include...

* Educate and develop inbound leads to identify and create sales opportunities
* Follow up on leads via phone and email, tracking productivity daily in Salesforce
* Identify high-potential prospects and transition to the sales team
* Execute outbound calls and emails for marketing campaigns
* Drive attendance and registration for sales and marketing initiatives and events
* Registration for Academy training classes through calls, email, social outreach
* Educate partners and customers on Axis technology
* Achieve or exceed individual activity metrics



WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We'd love to see that you are/have...

* Up to 2 years of experience in a service, sales, or marketing position
* Fluent language skills in Swedish, written and spoken
* Professional language skills in English, written and spoken
* Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
* A big interest in innovative technology
* A motivated self-starter who loves a challenge
* Customer-centric personality with a drive to deliver



Bonus points for...

* Experience in any CRM, preferably Salesforce and/or Pardot
* Language skills in any other Scandinavian language
