Sales Development Coordinator
Job specification:
The Nordic distribution team, in Stockholm is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented coordinator to facilitate the smooth running of the post-sales administration process for program sales and to assist channel sales.
The key responsibility for program sales is to accurately record commercial deal terms and any deal amendments in the rights management database as well as to look after all deal-related administration (copying, scanning, filing etc.). Deal information is shared by a number of teams across the business, triggering activities like drafting of legal contracts, technical delivery, accounting and financial forecasting. Therefore, building relationships with those teams (partly based in London and Burbank) and excellent day-to-day communication by e-mail and phone is essential.
Some pre-sales assistance, such as the tailoring of sales presentations or creation of materials for TV trade markets and territory sales trips, might also be required from time to time. The key responsibilities for channels sales is to supporting Channel distribution manager throughout the sales process including some client contact.

Profil
Background and personal qualities:
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration (including working with a database) with knowledge of legal deal terms, preferably gained in an international TV programme sales environment. High attention to detail, accuracy and a calm, patient manner are required.
Excellent communication and English-language skills, both verbal and written, are essential in order to correctly interpret the commercial, technical and financial terms set out in deal memos and contracts . Commitment to the administrative part of the sales process is vital, as the position will not involve sales activities relating to program sales. On the channels sales side, the position may involve some sales activities.
