About the job & the team:
In this position you will be part of inRiver's global Sales Operations team which today contains of our Director of Sales Operations that will be your leader, and a Sales Operations Manager. The position is a 1 year parental substitute with good possibilities for a full-time, permanent employment. In this role you will support our Global Sales department with various sales administration, such as uploading agreements into Salesforce, maintaining our CRM, generating basic reporting and coordinate different sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Administration
• Data entry/cleaning
• Assist with basic reporting
• Maintain our CRM (Salesforce)
• Coordination of various sales activities
Requirements:
• CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)
• Good knowledge in Excel
• 2 - 4 years in similar role
• Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English
• Bachelor's degree or similar in business administration, economics or IT is a plus.
The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. You have good
communication skills and social skills and have the ability to work extremely structured and efficient. We are looking for a flexible, organized and hard-working person. And just like us, you are friendly person with a great sense of humor!
