In the role as Sales Controller you will:
Job description
• Handle sales process flows in our CRM-system in order to ensure
that contracts and agreements meet internal requirements
• Responsible for our annual maintenance contract and rental
agreement stock (AMC)
• Responsible for invoicing, payments, budgeting and forecasting
(AMC and rental)
• Prepare sales reports to global sales director
• Develop and improve existing processes and procedures and adapt
the CRM system
In all tasks above you will work closely with our Finance controllers as well as our global sales force. You will also frequently be in contact with both customers and partners
Requirements
• B.Sc in Business Administration
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge in MS Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience of business solution systems, like CRM- or Accounting
systems is advantageous
The position is located in Stockholm.
