We have an immediate opening for an individual who can fulfil the following role as Sales and Marketing assistant for department Bleaching. The job is temporary replacement between Feb/mMars 2018 until end of Dec 2018.
As a Sales and Marketing assistant you will support Sales/Marketing/Account managers within the full sales process to optimally serve customer needs and be in compliance with law and regulations.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Coordinate our sales and marketing activities such as sales promotion material and communication , like digital
• Support our sales department in their activities such as fairs, exhibitions
• Provide a high customer service level by building / maintaining customer relationships
• Focal point for our quality management system
• Support, preparation of documentation and archiving during the contracting process, including offers & tenders, analyse complaints trends and complaints overviews
• Support customers with handling inquiries, product information, delivery follow up
• Organizes and follows up on sample shipments to customers
• Focal point for our quality management system
• Maintain internal documentation and take care of filing related to the sales process including maintenance of price records and formula prices
• Assist in different work in connection with the sales and marketing activities, like exhibitions or conferences
• Coordinate the management system documentation and make sure it is updated
• Academic degree in Economy/business administration/marketing/communication
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in order to be effective
• Excellent customer service sense
• High social competence, good communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships
• Fluent in English
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and digital platforms
• Organized and structured
