As sales account manager you will work together with a team of 9 persons located in the Nordic and Baltic countries and report directly to the Sales Director in Stockholm.
Your main responsibility is to grow sales in Sweden and in the Nordics region. You will accomplish this by driving sales activities in those countries. You are expected to be very externally focused, following up and meeting new and existing customers most of your time.
Your main offering area will be mobile digital marketing and CRM solutions to a wide range of customers, such as banking, insurance, retail, travel and transport, industry. Our messaging product will be core to you.
In addition to your main responsibilities you will be involved in our Payment offering as well as meetings with our strategic sourcing partners, mobile operators and other players.
The main activities for the position are:
• Identify leads based on sales plans and strategies as well as individual creativity (Hunting)
• Manage and grow existing customer base (Account Management)
• Cold and warm calling
• Be competent in the product to sell and the industry to sell to and match those
• Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Networking relevant industries
• In collaboration with the rest of the Nordics team gather information and develop sales strategies and plans
• Occasionally deliver market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence
• Analyze and adapt to this intelligence as necessary to react to changing market trends
• Create and deliver new solutions, ideas and/or develop a new perspective on existing solutions to complex challenges.
• Actively share experiences and success stories between the Nordics markets as well as the rest of the sales organization.
• Have a positive and optimistic attitude and always share it with the team
The position is based at our office in Älvsjö/Stockholm, Sweden. You are required to travel. Local (often), regional (monthly) and global (seldom) travelling as required

• Mature competitive landscape understanding
• End-User and ecosystem understanding
• Oral and written fluency in English and Scandinavian with excellent communication skill. French is an asset
• Relevant technical background
Education:
Business school or university degree in relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Engineering Computer science etc.
Relevant experience:
3-5 years relevant experience within Sales, CRM and marketing in mentioned industries (Mobile marketing, Transport and Logistics, Travel, Retail, Health, Government).
Experience from similar sales professions and cold calling.
Other relevant experience includes: Messaging, mobile payment.
