Royal Hand is a Swedish indie game studio comprised of eleven highly talented game makers working pro bono and with one common goal: to create games that stimulate your mind as well as your emotions. Our original flagship title (Codename: Project Glitch) will achieve this through an emotional journey to the center of a troubled young boy's mind. Our offices can be found in Karlshamn, Gameport, but our team members come from all across the continent.
At this very moment we have begun the production process on our first game (Codename: Project Glitch) and are looking for experienced 3D Artists (low poly) and Animators to give the final touches to an already excellent project.
The Challenge Ahead
As a 3d Artist you are responsible for supplying and implementing game world objects and other 3D elements such as characters. You will be responsible for seeking out and understanding the art direction and the overall vision of the game. It is also important for you to understand and take in to account how your tasks fit into the big picture when planning, prioritizing and estimating your work.

We are looking for creative, passionate, and smart artists and animators that can help us overcome the challenges we face. We are looking for artists with all kinds of experience because we believe that having different perspectives is an important part of creative work.
Work task examples:
• 3D modeling
• UV-mapping
• Implement 3D assets to Unreal Engine 4
• Shader and animation setup
• Knowledge of Low Poly
• Optimization according to performance guides

As part of the application process we might ask you to perform a practical work test. We are looking for several 3D Artists and the positions are pro-bono and revenue share roles and applications will be selected continuously.
