hela Sverige * Carry out risk review focused on current and forward-looking portfolio risk
• Monitor risk issues and deal breaches reported by the portfolio team
• Perform and manage periodic country risk rating to contribute to country risk assessments
• Maintain risk-rating models related to credit risk, country risk, and risk/return pricing; undertake model enhancements
• Carry out ad hoc analytical projects on topics such as foreign exchange and interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and default rates
• Productively working closely with relevant peers and stakeholders

You have knowledge of:
• how to work with large volumes of digital data, (structured and unstructured, internal and external), utilising mathematical modelling, optimisation models and what-if simulations for the purpose of driving actionable business insights
• the financial theory behind assessing the monetary value of a potential resource, activity or other in terms of risk or return assessment
• how to operate, control and oversee IKEA real estate in order to ensure its useful life and condition
• methods and tools on technical evaluation, cost evaluation and risk assessment
• analysing strategic input to a task, understanding how to define the relevant strategic questions for the success of a business idea
You have the capability to:
• taking smart risks, to evaluate trade-offs between potential costs and benefits and act accordingly
• strive to meet quality standards and produce quality work products
• anticipate problems with the use of digital data and other insights to forecast and detect errors, gaps, and potential flaws
• plan and prioritise work and use digital tools to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
• perform work with care, accuracy, and attention to detail
• find better ways, enable change, inspire others, create togetherness, develop the business, accomplish goals and deliver results
To generate revenue and growth of new and current Meeting Places while also collaborating with IKEA Retail, the INGKA Group and external contractors with the goal of delivering the needs of customers and local communities within the locations they operate.
