hela Sverige Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
We are currently building up the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function and therefore looking for a new colleague within Group Risk Management. In this position, you will be part of an international and multicultural team and work in an global environment with an opportunity to overview the whole Scania organisation. You will be part of a team supporting Scania's journey towards a sustainable transport solution by providing efficient risk management to the entire organisation.
The regulatory requirement worldwide is further tightening and Scania is exposed to increased demands within risk management. Group Risk Management is part of the Group Governance, Risk and Compliance function, that reports directly to the President and CEO of the Scania Group.
Main responsibilities
• Develop and implement processes and tools to support line organisation within the area of Risk Management
• Facilitate and support risk assessments
• Communication and sharing of knowledge
• Define and execute upon targets and strategies
Your profile
You have worked at 7-10 years within the area of risk management and probably have an academic degree like M.Sc. in Risk Management or other relevant area. Knowledge within areas like financial risk management, internal controls, business continuity, resilience, compliance, management systems, information security, sustainability etc. will be of an advantage to this position.
We are looking for a person who has good communicative and collaborative skills, high integrity and an open-minded approach towards your tasks. You have strong analytical skills regarding risk management as well as customer focus.
As Group Risk Management is a new function you will be part of the development of the function by taking own initiatives and at the same time respect Scania's well-established values and corporate culture.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Swedish, German and other languages are considered as further qualifications.
