We are providing an internship for a Junior Resource Planning Specialist to support the development of the planning & fulfillment processes, skills and tools.

Your responsibilities
Provide adequate strategic planning for HVDC Construction & Commissioning employees
Assure up-to-date operative planning of projects in planning tool
Ensure accurate planning of headcounts and workload
Follow up actual headcount vs. budget / Recruitment issues
Continuously improve data base and assure further development
Ensure proper system administration
Secure training and documentation for users
Issuing of monthly and quarterly Reports on request (i.e., Head Count, Workload in cooperation with C&C Tendering, Site performance, Country / Department Utilization)
Manage interfaces to S&OP (Sales & Operation Planning Resource Tool)
Assure efficient IT set up and exchange with IT department when needed

Your background
You are studying Master program in the field of engineering or similar.
We highly value your personality and see that you have a positive and pro-active mindset and are a team player but equally comfortable working alone with different tasks.
The role requires you to be a good communicator as well as structured and analytical.
Since you will work in a global environment, fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
