hela Sverige As a requirement Analyst you will be responsible for developing and managing business and other stakeholders, usually in a business-critical IT-support. This means that the requirements analyst fills the gap between business and development organization. You see it as your job to capture business requirements for IT systems in terms of both functional and complementary (sometimes called non-functional) quality attributes requirements. You will be part of a team with test architects, solution architects and integration architects and participate in requirements analyst network. We expect you to have:
• 8-10 years of IT experience
• Strong experience in business analysis role
• ability to ask relevant questions to the installation standards, since the main requirements are not always the easiest to obtain
• ability to provide go/no-go suggestions/recommendations to projects based on findings
• ability to provide cost estimations
• ability to collaborate extremely well with cross-functional partners, including Technologies, Implementations and Relationship Management
• results-oriented with a proactive approach to resolving problems
• ability to lead cross functional teams to a solution
• an interest and knowledge / want to learn about the customer's business
• ability to draw overall conclusions about how simple or complex a particular requirement is to realize
• experience of working with requirements in an agile organization
• an ability to work in teams / projects but should also be able to work independently
• You have a good understanding of the system development process and its life cycle.
• Knowledge of tools for requirements management and configuration management, etc. is a plus.
• Experience in UML, user stories and conceptual modeling.
You are solution-oriented and analytical, and for you it is obvious to share your knowledge and experience to your colleagues. You have a very good ability to communicate both with people in the business and the IT side. You like challenges and have a structured and methodical approach.
