At Hasselblad, our Repair Technicians are the backbone of the company's operation, who play an important role in consistently delivering reliable and exceptional service experiences to the Hasselblad customers. We are currently looking for a Repair Technician to join our Service team location in the Hasselblad headquarter in Gothenburg.
For this role, we are expecting you to be detail oriented, are good at working with your hands and have strong problem solving as well as good stress management skills. Overall, you will be participating in diagnosing and repairing issues with Hasselblad cameras and related equipment, as well as managing spare parts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling service goods including receiving, inspecting, and registering repairs in system;
Managing spare parts such as locating and updating ERP transactions);
Responsible for spare parts orders from receiving to shipping;
Performing service checks and minor, and major repair of cameras, lenses and accessories;
Identifying equipment problems and determine appropriate action (e.g. service, minor or major repair and communicate directly with service administrator)
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge in electronics, digital repair procedures, parts lists and schematics;
Ability to proper use of hand tools, shop fixtures;
Good skills in Microsoft Office applications;
Strong communication and problem solving skills;
Ability to remain flexible toward change;
Ability to work under pressure with strict time constraints and maintain high performance standards and output;
Good command of English and Swedish language both written and spoken.
