In the role as Regulatory Nordic we expect you to be locally responsible for the Regulatory area for the Nordics.
Responsibilities
• Customer support; customer certifications and respond to customer inquiries
• Support regarding evaluation and classification of products and environmental questions
• Customer and legal authority contact person regarding environmental and product safety questions, including declaration to Nordic authorities
• Maintenance of raw materials information and GRMC data base updates including approvals on behalf of Regulatory
• Maintenance and upgrade of: Label Master; exception handling regarding Product Safety Datasheets (out of SAP/IHS Atrion), handling of external questions (authorities, customers, associations) to the department
• Support SAP/IHS Atrion for the Nordics as far as Regulatory is concerned
• Part of Daily Business Manager Regulatory Team in Europe; supporting also other FG sites in Regulatory issues with focus on blocked orders due to missing SHE data
Experience
• Degree in Chemistry or similar
• Knowledge in Environmental and Chemical legislation in Sweden, and preferable Denmark, Finland and Norway
• Analytical skills
• Experience in SAP and preferable IHS Atrion
• Good knowledge in IT tools; Lotus Notes, MS Office programs
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in Scandinavian language and English
