On behalf of one of our clients we are looking for a Senior Specialist Drug safety for a temporary assignment in Stockholm. The assignment will start in May and continue for at least 18 months. For the right candidate there might be a possibility to be hired directly by the company, once the assignment is finished.
As a senior specialist, drug safety, you will be responsible for collecting, monitoring, processing and reporting of Adverse events reports and information queries for investigational and marketed products of sponsor in the Nordic region. You will also be responsible for monitoring the safety aspects of the sponsor products in accordance with both internal and external guidance, as well as continuously ensuring that the safety information on all sponsor products is up to date. This role also requires developing, reviewing and updating the Quality Management System.
Domestic and international travel may be necessary for this position.

Qualification:
We are looking for candidates with a scientific degree in a relevant scientific discipline, complemented with a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience from the Pharmaceutical industry, within drug safety and/or regulatory affairs. You have excellent knowledge in one or more areas of: pharmacovigilance, medical information and/or compliance. We expect you to be a strong team player with great organizational, communication and management skills.
For this position we require excellent oral and written Swedish and English.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious, enthusiastic and goal oriented person, with the ability to work independently. You enjoy analyzing and solving problems, and have a great attention to detail.
