An opportunity has arisen for a Regional Marketing & Sales Manager DENMARK to work on a market leading range of training services in project management and IT service Management, based in Stockholm.
QRP MMI runs a large range of training courses in project management and IT service management field, including consultancy in world-wide recognized Best practices, throughout Europe and in the rest of the world. The Regional Marketing & sales Managers role is to coordinate and participate in a variety of activities associated with the sales, marketing and delivery of QRPs services in Denmark and the other Nordic countries. QRP has launched its service in Denmark since 2007 and needs a Regional Marketing & Sales manager to support the growth.
QRP MMI is a fast growing small company, with a dynamic, young and results driven atmosphere.
Job specification:
Regional Sales & Marketing Manager
Reporting to:
QRP International Managing Director Nordics
Contract:
A 12 month contract including a yearly Bonus
Starting as soon as possible
A 3 month trial period
Where:
Central Stockholm, Sweden
Education:
Marketing or Business Studies Degree (just graduated or to be graduated) or any other university or equivalent level education with marketing included
Work Experience:
Position would ideally suit an university business graduate with 1-3 years? work experience in marketing & sales of professional services.
Previous sales & marketing experience is a plus
Basic Administrative experience
Experience in organising marketing events
Skills:
Excellent communication and social skills
Result driven
Being able to work independently
Entrepreneurial skills
Good computer skills (word, excel)
Fluently speaking and writing in Danish is a requirement.
Good knowledge of other Nordic languages are desirable. (Norwegian, Finish, Swedish)
Desirable: Sales & Marketing experience, good English speaking & writing.
Abilities:
The position is ideal for results driven independent, self-motivated individual who is comfortable with challenging sales targets in an international work environment.
Personality:
An enthusiastic, self driven person is required with excellent communication skills, highly motivated and service minded, dynamic and flexible. You are able to work on individual tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist in the implementation of marketing programs for the QRPMMI in Denmark (and possibly Norway).
Sales activities (phone, meeting & networking)
Client presentations
Organisation of marketing events
Management of the local website
Assisting with the Sales & Marketing in other Nordic markets, such as Norway, Finland and Sweden.
Presence at fairs and conferences
Organisation and coordination of courses and preparation of materials
Translation of Marketing and Course materials
Business Planning and Development
