Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.
Could you be the full-time Regional Business Process Expert (RBPE) in Stockholm we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your operational leadership and SAP expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, proactive, and innovative teammates.
You'll make a tangible impact by supporting the GSI roll-out project at the regional level, ensuring smooth deployment, process adoption, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as BPO teams, IS&T teams, and site Key Users), drive data cleansing activities, deliver training, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of post-deployment GSI adoption, including monitoring core process usage, KPI follow-up, and training refreshes, but also contribute to identifying and implementing process optimizations.
We'll look to you for:
Assessing data prior to GSI deployment and driving associated data cleansing activities
Participating in pre-study and Fit/Gap phases for your respective stream
Delivering new Key User training and participating in UAT with a focus on change management
Ensuring integration with other streams for end-to-end topics
Implementing a control tower approach to monitor usage post-deployment
Animating Key User networks and sharing best practices at the regional level
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Strong and documented experience in operations, with hands-on experience in SAP highly preferred
Proven experience and a fundamental understanding of SAP modules (e.g., IM, WM, MM) and business processes
Knowledge of logistics processes, including Goods Receipt, Quality Control, Warehouse Management, and Line Feeding
Familiarity with digital equipment such as label printers and scanners
Strong communication skills and the ability to train and mentor Key Users
A focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
Operational leadership to represent process expertise at the regional level
Fluency in English, Swedish is a huge asset.
Things you'll enjoy
Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You'll also:
Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
Work with new security standards for rail signalling

You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
