What's the Role?
Looking for a candidate who is business development focused and understands the BPS market very well.
Understands what the customers are currently buying and is mainly selling managed services deals.
Bring strategic perspective to drive discussions and engagements with CXOs and Business Unit leaders Anchor Tech Mahindra response to client's RFP, RFI, RFS, and other solution documents to ensure the development and on time submission of winning proposals.
Key Results
TCV of Retail accounts booked. Booking to be achieved of 5Mn.
ACV billing of deals booked
Preferred Skills
Deep understanding of different accounts - what does it take to win and deliver both Run (managed services) and Change (transformational) deals. Would involve elements of Target Operating Model (TOM)/ Asset Takeover/ Transition/ Service Assurance/ Reimagination of Operations
Adept at innovative Contractual, Engagement & Commercial Constructs; and navigating Hostile KT/ Knowledge Ringfence scenarios
Develop an annual business plan and Go-to-Market Strategy for assigned portfolio and achieve and deliver sales revenue as per quarterly and yearly assigned goals.
Maintain disciplined, detailed, and up-to-date records on Lead & Opportunity activity in CRM to ensure effective leadership development, proper team communication, and executive visibility.
Preferred Experience
15+ years of well-rounded IT - Sales/ Delivery/ Program Management experience; therein 7+ years' experience in leadership role in selling & delivering in Sales, With association with BPS solutions.
Exposure to having run a P&L in past - having delivered results across revenue/ margin/ ebitda
Working in multiple geographies and spectrum of customer across diverse CME industries, with proven leadership capabilities
