MSX International (MSXI) is the leading global provider of outsourced business solutions, integrating automotive best practices, technology, and information.
We now need a temporary replacement for a maternity leave (one year) in our team located in Gothenburg within the department Human Capital Solutions, were we provide a management service to Volvo Cars Corporation (VCC). MSX administrates the purchase of consultant labor using a system called b2b Buyer. You are going to fill the following position and join a small multitasking team who provides service to our customers and suppliers.
The position we are looking to fill is called: Recruitment Coordinator.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Support managers to enter new orders and specify jobdescriptions in our system b2b Buyer.
• Administrate new orders and replacement requests for contractors.
• Screen CVs and match them to job specification.
Schedule interviews.
• Analyze and write different reports.
• Rate negotiations when necessary.
• Provide customer training for new users in our system.
• Provide purchase and the suppliers with information and updates.
• Provide assistance by phone and E-mail to all system users.
We believe that you are a service minded and ambitious person who enjoy working in a team as well as independently. You are organized and find it easy to pick up and share new information.
For this position the following skills and experiences are required:
• Great customer service experience.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Be comfortable navigating through a web-based application.
• University level education.
• Fluent in speaking/writing English and Swedish.
• Fairly strong general IT understanding.
• Very good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience from customer service or recruitment.
Preferred experiences:
• Technical recruitment experience.
• Experience from the consultant industry.
• Experience within the automotive business.
Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm with one-hour lunch break between 11.30 and 12.30.
