hela Sverige As a Recruiter you will act as the main point of contact to partner with the customer to deliver the contracted recruitment services. The role will be responsible for ensuring that an effective recruitment service is delivered to the customer, working to deliver an outstanding recruitment advisory service that adheres to the contracted service levels and key performance indicators. You will have overall accountability for the recruitment service delivered in Stockholm and the Nordic countries.
The role includes proactively meeting with and engaging with current and past hiring managers on an on-going basis to determine future requirements. You will plan our recruitment drives and campaigns to ensure the business secures the best talent, from entry level customer service roles to experience sales and marketing positions. You will ensure the recruitment process is managed in accordance with current legislation, advising the business on recruitment best practice processes and updates and work as part of a dynamic, matrix team structure across Europe, supporting other team members when needed. You will work closely with a remote sourcing partner to enable the best talent to be sourced for the open positions.
We are looking for someone who has approximately 3 years of previous experience of recruitment - either in a recruitment consultancy role or a HR advisor position. You need to be a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently using your initiative and collaboratively with other colleagues and key stakeholders. You will enjoy working with people and have the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner. The right candidate will be organised, customer service and delivery focused, detail-orientated and as such you always deliver accurate work within the agreed time frame.
In order to be successful in this position we need you to be fluent in English as well as Swedish (written and spoken).
