Job Description
To our client we are now looking for a recruiter with experience from tech or gaming domain! Our client is in a rebuilding phase where they will start outsourcing parts of the Talent Acquisition/HR function, and they need someone who can think strategically as well as working operationally with recruitment.
Examples of responsibilities:
• Lead the migration to a new Applicant Tracking System.
• Lead the set up of the outsourced recruitment model including setting up framework and contractual agreements with external partners.
• Educate external partners on employee value proposition and employer brand.
• Manage relationships with external partners.
• Educate hiring teams around recruitment framework and behavior model to ensure an inclusive recruitment process.
• Facilitating recruitment needs to outsourcing partners.
• Coordinating recruitment partners, hiring managers, HRBPs and candidates through the recruitment process, providing an excellent candidate experience.
• Participate in Employer Branding initiatives and Community recruitment activities.
• Support with internship program.
• Facilitate internal recruitment process and internal referrals.

Salary as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start in August and the assignment is expected to run for about 1 year with possibility of extension.
