As our brilliant colleague Amanda is going off for a long holiday adventure on the other side of the globe, we need that special someone to fill in for her. As we are continuing to grow our business, there could also be a possibility that this will turn into a permanent position after Amanda 's return in March 2019.

Main responsibilities

Identify, attract, and manage candidates for our open positions in our Stockholm and Uppsala offices. We want you, together with hiring managers, to take overall ownership of our recruitment processes, from start to finish. This means that you will create job specs and recruitment plans, pro-actively source candidates by search/headhunting, administrate and coordinate job posting in our advertising channels. You must also coordinate, and lead the external recruitment agencies we use, and perform candidate assessments using our assessment tools. You will also lead and coordinate recruitment and employer branding events such as MeetUps, University events, job fairs etc. Other administrative and coordination task may be added along the way.

We expect you to:

• Have experience in a similar role, working with tech recruitment
• Have experience in running recruitment processes from start to finish
• Have worked with assessment tools/personality tests
• Have a great sense of humor
• Have good knowledge of the Tech industry in Sweden
