hela Sverige We are looking for a new Quality System Manager to join the global Quality & Regulatory team at Ascom Wireless Solutions.The position is based in Gothenburg with frequent international collaboration and travel.
As a Quality System Manager, your main objective will be to make our Division Management System effective and useful to all employees - to support the Ascom Way, our common way of working.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Coordinate, coach, support and develop an active and committed international team network of Quality & Regulatory representatives across all business units.
• Facilitate and support the organization with continuous improvements activities related to the management system.
• Develop and deliver relevant training content in quality management and regulatory compliance to all affected personnel based on the needs of respective role.
• Maintain an efficient management system audit program that meets the requirements of the different standards. Coordinate, coach, support and develop the Internal Auditor team to increase the value to business of audits. Conduct and support our regions with internal and external audits.
You will be member of the divisional Quality & Regulatory team reporting to Director, Quality & Regulatory. This is a full time position with about 30 travel days per year. Since the global team includes members from North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, you will need to occasionally work early or late to participate in web meetings and calls over multiple time zones.

Your qualifications include:
• Relevant academic degree with a minimum 3 year's relevant working experience requiring international teamwork in a distributed organization. Experience from healthcare, IT or telecommunications is a plus.
• Documented knowledge and experience of process improvement including presenting, training/educating and/or coaching to grow people. Experience of developing e-learning is a plus.
• Experience of Lean philosophy and methods is a plus. Documented knowledge and experience of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001. Knowledge and experience of medical device (MDD/ISO 13485/QSR) and environmental (ISO 14001) are a plus. Experience and qualifications of internal auditing are a plus.
• Excellent command of the English language both verbally and in writing. Additional languages, in particular Scandinavian, Dutch, German, French, Chinese and other south-east Asian languages, are a plus.
