We at Uponor are now looking for a Quality Specialist to our factory in Virsbo.
Duties and Responsibilities
• As BLD-E Quality Specialist you are responsible for ensuring regulatory, legal and approval requirements are effectively implemented
• Responsible for local management systems (ISO9001/14001/50001)
• Production quality assurance, Quality KPIs and reporting
• Analysing process metrics and customer feedback and ensuring corrective actions are effective
• Participating in product development quality planning and supplier quality development
• Ensuring management system implementation by means of training and auditin
• Leading continuous improvement activities using e.g. business excellence, quality, lean, continuous improvement methods by training people and facilitating improvement
• Contributing BLD-E quality network
Qualifications
• You have minimum Bachelor level degree in engineering, with at least three years of work experience from quality organisation
• Knowledge of quality and environmental management systems
• Knowledge and experience on business excellence, quality and continuous improvement methods
• Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions and recommendation
• Proven ability to work well in multicultural environment and remote teams
• Preferably experience with lean and continuous improvement methodology or similar processes
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and in Swedish (both written and oral)
