For our client we are looking for a Quality manager
Job description:
We are looking for a Technical Quality Manager to work as part of a project team and perform Quality Assurance of both processes and product. together with the Program Director. Securing the product Quality in respect of both hardware, Software, functions.
You will be responsible for:
• Working with Confirmation Reviews CR to fulfill Std- System Safety (ISO26262) together with a 3:party reviewer.
• Quality Assurance within Cyber Security (ISO 21434 ) in respect of Quality Assurance identification, actions are implemented. within the projects. (securing that requirement are cascaded, understood, and fulfillment of those).
• RISK ANALYSIS management, and secure that the product is compliant towards the EU and US legislation, e.g. working closely with the Quality Homologation team.
• Follow up quality plans (PQP), including ensuring that the product content in the programs meet the customers satisfaction targets.
• Supporting the technical project team with Quality actions (PQSP) and guidelines. Quality targets is met with PQSP (for Warranty) and Quality History according to e.g. JD-Power, NCBS, IQS.
• Project specific quality history, including discussion with project leaders.
• Input to the engineering plan, to recommend quality activities/methods.
• Approves the Vehicle Project audit plan and supports the Vehicle project by Gateway (FDJ) planning and to interpret deliverables in NPSR.
• Continuously evaluate the technical program according to Gateway (FDJ) deliverables in the decided audit plan.
• Performing Gateways (FDJ) as a Gate keeper, and state recommendations for management decision.
• Sets glide path in pre-series build based on Quality Targets, in corporation with Quality Validation Engineer (QRT)
• Responsible for driving, evaluate and status reporting of Product Quality
• Tracks engineering 's methods
• Secure that correct documents are used for decided systems and that we are tracking and eliminating risks. Design Reviews, FMEA, PRI, CCR, PCR etc.
• Arrange deviation process (PAD Events) and approve deviations according to approval matrix
• Drive and Moderate risk management together with the PD-for planning.
