At Global Finance Operations you will be a key contributor to the creation of the next generation Finance community - One Finance. You and your team will develop and implement smart and nimble finance processes, create excellent reports and analysis to support the business in the best way. This will be done in close cooperation with Business Control in the functions as well as the Group Finance functions. Through networking and benchmarking you will be part of taking the Finance organization into a modern organization, ready to meet the challenges ahead of us.
As the quality controller at Global Delivery you are responsible for quality control globally within the scope of global delivery. You are highly contributing to achieve our set targets. You are closely following our KPI's and propose and implement actions to improve. You are our main contact towards external auditors and internal control. Your network is global and you need to be a good communicator. You are triggered by continues improvements and like changes.
In this role you will be a part of the global delivery management team.
Job description
* Responsible for SLA / KPI follow-up, reporting and communication.
* Secure that there are valid action plans and initiatives in place to achieve targeted KPI's. Judgement and prioritization of activities.
* Monitor the governance process meetings and preparation of material to quarterly Executive Steering Committee meetings as well as presentation of global KPI's.
* Global Delivery key contact towards Internal Control, secure that the organization have activities and plans to close gap and comments.
* Global Delivery key contact towards auditors from a global level.
* Service Now representative from GFO Delivery management team.
* Actively support, supply insight and challenge with financial information to enable optimal business decisions and corrective actions.
* Coach and provide the organization with senior advice, of complex and of global nature and of importance to the business.
Who are we looking for
* University degree in Business Administration
* Excellent knowledge of Finance processes and policies
* Ability to work and be comfortable in a dynamic environment under continuous development
* Result driven and ability to prioritize to deliver on commitments with tight deadlines
* Good analytical skills and a holistic mindset
* Great communication skills
* High integrity
