Role Overview
As a Quality Control Technician at Habit Factory, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, consistency, and compliance. You'll be responsible for routine sampling, testing, and inspection of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products, as well as supporting continuous improvement across our production processes.
You will work closely with Operations, R&D, Science, and Procurement to ensure our quality routines align with regulatory requirements and evolving internal standards. As we continue to certify our systems toward ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, and industry-specific frameworks, you will be an important contributor in maintaining and strengthening our quality practices.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with strong opportunities to learn, develop, and grow as the company expands globally.

Location: Stockholm HQ
About you
We're looking for a structured, detail-oriented Quality Control Technician with experience from manufacturing - ideally within food, pharma, or other regulated industries. You take pride in accuracy, follow standards carefully, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
You are:

• Comfortable with occasional travel (a few weeks per year)
• Holder of a valid driving license
