You will be responsible for managing and utilizing a range of analytical and testing methods for the characterization and performance evaluation of current products as well as the development of next generation formulations, which are required for the company 's ambitious innovation programs and growth plans.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
• Hands-on testing using a range of analytical methods such as High-performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
• Develop, validate, and maintain analytical methods for product and process development.
• Problem-Solving: Investigate and solve complex problems related to analytical methods and product issues.
• Data Analysis: Analyze, summarize and document findings to be presented to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Quality Control: Conduct GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) quality control testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
DESIRED SKILLS
• Education: Bachelor's and/or Master 's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field.
• Technical skills: Hands-on experience with analytical methods including HPLC analysis.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Planning and completing scientific work following the company's standards.
• Excellent writing and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Conditions: Full-time, part-time or as agreed.
