Aurobay is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to lead the strategic development and improvement of the quality assuring processes within Aurobay, including cross functional alignment for enhancing both internal- and external collaboration. Skills and experience:
• We believe you have a Bachelor or equivalent work life experience.
• You have previous experience in APQP and PPAP work in the automotive industry with knowledge within automotive standards (IATF16949, ISO9001, VDA6.3).
• Knowledge about applicability and implementation of PPAP Core Tools is meriting, just as competence within statistical analysis, and experience of working with several different customers.
• As a person we believe you are curious and looking for ways to innovate or improve our way of working with ability to build partnerships. You are collaborative with proactive mindset with a humble approach.
Your role at Aurobay:
• Develop, maintain and improve overall corporate quality strategies and methods
• Create efficiency and compliance in all our proactive quality assurance processes
• Act as quality process owner for quality critical working procedures (Risk Analysis, Product Audit, Layout Inspection, Special Characteristics, PPAP etc.)
• Lead and participate in quality improvement projects
• Specify and verify quality targets (KPI) in programs/projects/organizations.
• Coach GXF-teams to have a proactive quality mindset
• Process ownership of PPAP (including GPM participation, PPAP homepage, Customer Approval Process and coach in QAP reviews).
• Internal Audit Subject Matter Expert
